Strategic Planning/Consensus-Building
2-3 day strategic planning sessions designed to align priorities, identify challenges, generate collective strategies, develop goals and timelines, and maximize participation through a culturally sensitive consensus-based process mastered by Indigenous Collaboration, Inc.
